The series XY has been nominated for the TV festival in Montecarlo

The production of Once TV in Mexico competes with 27 series from 21 countries

The XY Mexican series produced by Once TV Mexico earned three nominations in the upcoming TV Festival in Montecarlo, in its 51st edition, one of the most important festivals in Europe.

Among the nominations featured are: best drama series, production by Patricia Arriaga Jordan and Perla Martinez, best actor for Juan Carlos Barreto and Claudio Lafarga, and best actress for Sophie Alexander Katz and Alejandra Ambrosi.

XY competes with 27 series from 21 countries among which stand out: Mad Men, Lost, Dexter (USA), The Tudors and The Borgias (Ireland), Durman Country (Canada), and Downtown Abbey among others. It must be stressed that it is the only Mexican nominated series.

The ceremony which honors with Las Ninfas de Oro to the most successful of world TV to be celebrated this coming June 10th at the Congress Center Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
